New Delhi: A notice has been sent to producer Prakash Jha and actor Bobby Deol in a complaint filed against the 'Ashram' web series surrounded by controversies. A court in Jodhpur in Rajasthan has sent a notice to Bobby Deol and Prakash Jha. The next hearing of the case will be held on January 11.

Let us know that in Ashram series released on MX Player, Bobby Deol has played Baba Nirala of Kashipur. It is shown in the series that Baba Nirala is involved in crimes like drugs and human trafficking in his spiritual ashram. The web series depicts Hindu gurus as rapists, corrupt and drug trader. There was a dispute from the very beginning. Two seasons of this series have been released, which have been huge hits. However, some people have alleged that their religious feelings have been hurt through this web series. So this should be banned.
