Rajasthan: According to a spokeswoman for the Rajasthan government, the deadline for registering for the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana, which provides health insurance coverage up to Rs 10 lakh, has been extended to May 7. The current deadline for submissions is April 30.
According to the spokesperson, health insurance up to Rs 10 lakh and accident insurance up to Rs 5 lakh will be accessible under this plan. In a tweet on Friday, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also stated that the registration deadline has been extended due to the growing popularity of the scheme.
He added that under the Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana, women heads of families would receive smartphones with three years of free internet access. The chief minister declared in the state budget this year that women heads of 1.33 crore homes covered by the health insurance scheme will receive smartphones.
