Jaipur: After 28 days, the SOG of Rajasthan Police, which has disclosed the alleged attempts to topple the government in Rajasthan, has closed all the three FIRs saying that no case is being made in this. Special operation group lawyer Sant Kumar has told the court that in this case, we do not want any action. The court has given permission to release the arrested accused Sanjay Jain, Bharat Malani and Ashok Singh, although Sanjay Jain is currently on 5 days remand of the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB).

On July 10, a special operation group of Rajasthan Police had filed a case that while taking on mobile surveillance of a smuggler, they to know about the conspiracy to topple the Gehlot government of the state. The SOG claimed that Bharat Malani, a resident of Beawar and Ashok Singh, a resident of Udaipur, was conspiring with several people to topple the government. Based on the statement lodged by the inspector of SOG in this case, the SOG issued a notice to former deputy CM Sachin Pilot. This case was registered under sections of treason.

After the audio of MLA's horse-trading came to light, two more cases were registered on the complaint of the Chief advisor of the government, Mahesh Joshi. The SOG raided several places and arrested Sanjay Jain. Earlier the Special Operation Group had told the Rajasthan High Court that sedition case cannot be registered, so we want to withdraw the sections of sedition.
