New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind wished the people of Rajasthan a happy Statehood Day on Wednesday.
"On Rajasthan Day, greetings to the people of the state. This state's illustrious past is littered with amazing tales of bravery. Rajasthan has a distinct personality, rich in the rainbow shades of nature and attracting visitors from all over the world due to its hospitality. I wish the state a prosperous future "said the Hindi tweet from the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also greeted the people of Rajasthan. The Prime Minister took to Twitter to say, "Wishing all residents of Rajasthan, the historical land of bravery, pride, and sacrifice, a happy Rajasthan Day. I believe the state should continue on its upward trajectory." Every year on March 30, Rajasthan Day commemorates the founding of the state of Rajasthan.
