Rajkummar Rao is one of the most loved actors in Bollywood. He is famous for his realistic acting. Rajkummar Rao  is all set for his upcoming film Monica, Oh My Darling where he will be seen alongside Radhika Apte, and Huma Qureshi, among others. The film will be released on Netflix. Rajkummar Rao recalls the time when people think that he is not appropriate to play main lead in the film.

Rajkummar said, “There was a time when I would never get to audition for hero’s role. I was told to audition for his friend’s role. I know I am not the most good-looking man in the room but Dibakar Banerjee saw something in me.”

The director of the film also shares the information about it Vasan Bala earlier said in a statement, "I am excited for the audience to get a glimpse into the world of Monica O My Darling and be a part of this dark humored crime mystery. I cannot wait for the audience to see what a fabulous job the cast has done, and it's been a terrific ride collaborating with Matchbox Shots, who have been absolutely superb and I always look forward to working with Netflix and creating ground-breaking, binge-worthy content."

On the work front, Rajkummar Rao is featured in films like Stree, Badhaai Do, Newton, Trapped, Rao has proven his acting mettle several times. He is all set for the release of Monica, O My Darling, set to stream on Netflix on November 11. He also has Bheed and Mr & Mrs Mahi in his kitty. Bheed is directed by Anubhav Sinha, the director of films such as Article 15 and Anek. Mr & Mrs Mahi, on the other hand, has him paired opposite Janhvi Kapoor.
