As the electoral activities intensified ahead of the elections in three Rajya Sabha seats in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the party's MLAs are united and they will not indulge in any greed. He accused the BJP of offering up to Rs 25 crore to some Congress MLAs.

After a late-night meeting of Congress and its supporting MLAs in a hotel on the Delhi Highway, Gehlot told the reporters that the meeting was very fruitful and everyone has gone together from here. There will be a meeting again on Thursday in which Avinash Pandey, Rajasthan's in-charge of the party will also be present. He said, 'Our MLAs are very intelligent, they have understood. Attempts were made to lure them. I am proud that I am the Chief Minister of land where people are not greedy and all are working together so that the government will remain stable in the state.

On the question of luring some MLAs of the state, he said, 'Crores of billions of rupees are being sent. Hearing that cash is being transferred to Jaipur. There is talk of giving advance for distribution. You take one hundred million in advance. What is happening? An open game is happening here". Also, on the question of the resignation of Congress MLAs in Gujarat, he said, "They have been doing this in Gujarat before. He has started this tradition. That is why I repeatedly say that they are not convinced, in democracy, they are doing politics wearing the mask of democracy."
