Controversy Queen Rakhi Sawant remains in news for different reasons. Rakhi shocked everyone by sharing marriage pictures with her Boyfriend Adil Durrani revealing that she got married to Adil before seven months. The controversy is not even ended and now she has been arrested by Mumbai Police.
As per the information the actress Rakhi Sawant has been detained in connection with an FIR filed by Sherlyn Chopra. She has been detained by Amboli police. The actress was supposed to launch her dance academy, which she's partnered with her husband Adil Durrani, on January 19 at 3 pm. However the actress arrested on the same day.
This news is shared by none other than Sherlyn Chopra. She took to Twitter to inform everyone about Rakhi Sawant's arrest. She tweeted, "Amboli Police has arrested Rakhi Sawant in respect of FIR 883/2022. Yesterday, Rakhi Sawant's ABA 1870/2022 was rejected by the Mumbai session court."
According to the information, Rakhi and her advocate Falguni Brahmbhatt have landed in legal soup after an FIR has been filed against them in Mumbai. The complainant accused Rakhi and her associate of using objectionable video and language during a public conference. As per the reports the video is of Sherlyn. It has been registered under IPC sections 354A, 500, 504, 509 & IT ACT 67A
Earlier Rakhi Sawant has also filed a complaint on Sherlyn Chopra and she said, "I am really sad to say that due to the comments made by her about me there has been turmoil in my life. Because of her, my recent boyfriend has asked me 'whether there is any truth in what Sherlyn is saying', do I really have 10 boyfriends'. She just came and said whatever she wanted to in the media and now I have to pay for it," Rakhi and her lawyer stated that they have filed a case against Sherlyn and that Rakhi is talking "on the basis of evidence". While interacting with the media they even played alleged videos of Sherlyn Chopra. Rakhi also alleged that Sherlyn "blackmails powerful men for money". Rakhi and Sherlyn fight started after Sherlyn accused Me too accused Sajid Khan and Rakhi supported him. It then turned into an ugly fight.
