After the loose start of Bigg Boss 14, Rakhi Sawant was the contestant who had a dash of entertainment on the show which was also loved by the audience and the stars. One of them was Rakhi Sawant falling in love with Abhinav Shukla.

Rakhi Sawant followed television actor Abhinav Shukla a lot throughout the show. Rakhi had not only expressed her love for Abhinav in the Bigg Boss house but also said that she could leave her husband Ritesh for Abhinav. However obviously she did all this to entertain the audience and in fact Rakhi had nothing in mind for Abhinav Shukla. But now Rakhi has said in an interview that she really became attached to Abhinav in this fake love affair.

In her interview Rakhi said Abhinav Shukla was said to be boring in the Bigg Boss house and wanted to give a makeover to her image. Rakhi had interacted with Abhinav's wife Rubina Dilak for the same and told her that she would entertain the audience by fake romantic angle with Abhinav. Talking to radio host Siddharth Kanan, Rakhi Sawant said, "I was only entertaining and yes, I was having a false affair with her husband. But somewhere, I won't lie, he's a very good person".
