Actress Rakul Preet Singh has responded to rumours about her rumoured wedding to Jackky Bhagnani, who she just confirmed her relationship with. In a recent interview, the actress stated that she would be the first to announce about the wedding whenever it takes place.

"Be it marriage or any other allegations about rubbish that doesn't exist, especially don't concern me at all," Rakul remarked in an appearance with news website when asked if the speculation about her marriage worries her. I've learnt to keep my blinders on and carry on with my work. I've always been open about my life, and if and when that step is required, I'll be the first to speak up, just like I did this time."

People should wait for the truth to emerge, she continued. The 'Doctor G' actress stated that her current concentration is on her job, which includes the ten projects she has in the works. "Everything else will happen when it's supposed to happen," Rakul said.

Jackky wrote a lovely letter for Rakul's birthday. He posted a picture of himself and the actress walking hand-in-hand. In addition, he had written, "Days don't seem like days without you. Eating the most delicious cuisine is useless without you. Wishing the most lovely person, who means the world to me, a happy birthday! Wishing you a day as bright as your smile and as lovely as you are. @rakulpreet, happy birthday my (heart emoji)."

In terms of her upcoming projects, Rakul Preet will next be seen in Doctor G alongside Ayushmann Khurrana. She will star alongside Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan in Runway 34, and with Ajay Devgn and Siddharth Malhotra in Thank God.
