Ram Charan is one of the most loved actors in the Tollywood Industry. The actor is enjoying the success of his film RRR. He has various projects in the pipeline. The south star is busy filming for his upcoming multilingual film with director Shankar. Photos of the actor is doing rounds on social media where the RRR actor was seen Barefoot ahead of Oscars 2023.
The south star arrived barefoot at Hyderabad airport as he left for the US before next month's Oscars 2023 ceremony, where his song Naatu Naatu from RRR has been nominated in the best original song category. His photos is shared by trade analyst Ramesh Bala. Sharing this photo he wrote, "After receiving immense love from his large USA fan base during the Golden Globes 2023, 'mega powerstar' Ram Charan was spotted taking off for the Oscars today. Fingers crossed for RRR."
This is not the first time when Ram Charan was spotted barefoot. Earlier in 2022, Ram Charan was also spotted barefoot at Mumbai airport as he was reportedly observing the Ayyappa Deeksha a Hindu religious observance for 41 days by the devotees of Swamy Ayyappa before visiting the temple in Sabarimala, Kerala at the time. Ram Charan happens to be a devotee of Lord Ayyappa and he follows the ritual of remaining barefoot on fast days, which is why the actor was pictured sans footwear His simplicity and respect for his religion won the hearts of his fans. This is the reason for his massive fan following.
On the work front, Ram Charan is currently busy shooting for his upcoming yet-untitled Telugu-Tamil bilingual film with filmmaker Shankar. He was last seen in a Blcokbuster film RRR. Speaking of RRR, it is a fictional story set in the 1920s pre-independent era and is based on the lives of two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries – Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. While Ram Charan played Ram, NTR was seen as Bheem. The film has grossed over Rs. 1200 crore worldwide during its theatrical run.
