In the matter of Ram Rahim, the Punjab-Haryana High Court is showing stance of strictness. High court has given a big statement about the security of Panchkula and said that force should be used if necessary, but there is no compromise with security.

Action should also be taken in negligence of duty:

The Court has also made it clear that during the muscle or if any leader interferes, an FIR should be lodged against him and the administration should also see that no leader can reach Panchkula. At the same time, the court has once again flashed the government saying that why meet OSD, Dera chief and Dera supporters?

The court has also said that there should be no delay in hearing today and the video of the hearing should be recorded. The High Court also instructed last night that the army should be deployed for the protection of Panchkula and after the order, the army could be deployed at Panchkula at midnight. Earlier, the High Court asked the government and administration about how one lakh people reached in the area even after being engaged in Section 144. The court also said in the same case why the DGP should not be suspended for negligence in security.
