Rampur: Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and Lok Sabha MP Azam Khan's troubles do not seem to be easing. Now once again the government's bulldozer is going to run on a part of Johar University. Now the gate of the university will be broken. According to reports, the gate of Johar University has been built on government land. The road was constructed by PWD on this land at a cost of Rs 13 crore. That's why this gate will now be demolished.

In this case, complainant Akash Saxena has said that he had lodged a complaint against the gate to SDM Sadar in 2019 and was found to be correct. After which orders were issued to break that gate. It may be recalled that Azam Khan had filed two appeals in the district court against the SDM's decision. The hearing lasted for nearly two years in the district court on both sides.

The complainant said that we took our stand and both the appeals filed by Azam Khan have been rejected by the court. Now that it has been rejected, the two-year-old order received from the SDM will now be processed. On Monday, the district court rejected both Azam Khan's appeals and upheld the order passed by the SDM. Also asked to take action to remove the gate soon.
