Rampur: Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and MP from Rampur Azam Khan has got interim bail in five cases. Azam Khan from District Collectorate Rampur has been granted interim bail in five cases. At the same time, Azam Khan's anticipatory bail petition will be heard on October 11. Azam Khan has filed a bail anticipatory petition in a total of nine cases of land capture.
For anticipatory bail, an FIR has been registered in the Yatimakhana in a quality bar case and four other cases in the hearing to be held on October 11. To avoid arrest in these cases, an anticipatory bail petition was filed on behalf of Azam Khan in the ADJ court of Rampur. More than 80 cases have been registered against Azam Khan with possession of the land.
Actually, the people of Buffalohana Yatimkhana had filed a case against Azam Khan for breaking the house and Stealing Buffalo. Also, a case of loot and sabotage was also registered in the quality bar. Azam Khan has gone to court for an anticipatory bail in these cases. Government lawyer Dalvinder Singh has told that in 8 cases, hearing was done on advance bail. Its decision has been reserved. This decision will probably come by this evening or tomorrow. Apart from this, 5 cases got interim bail.
