Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s movie Brahmastra is already hit the theatre and as per some reports, it had earned 360 crores in worldwide. The duo is currently enjoying the success of their film.

During their recent interview, Alia said, “Ranbir and I are very strong individuals, especially me. I don't mean he's not a strong individual. But, we both respect our individual personalities and professional commitments together. We're not do jism ek jaan (two bodies one soul) kind of people. We have a beautiful equation as companions and we have an even better working relationship because we're both passionate about movies."
Meanwhile, in another interview, Ranbir said, “I boast a lot that I am very independent and detached, but in reality, I am very dependent on her. I don’t go to the bathroom or eat if I don’t know where Alia is. It is very important for me to have her next to me. It doesn’t matter if we don’t do anything romantic or even talk but she should just sit next to me.”

Ranbir earlier speaking about the criticism on Alia working during pregnancy said, "I think the way she has carried herself through the entire marketing of this film being pregnant, being in the condition that she is - I think you should only be inspired by that. Any kind of criticism is just jealousy and mischief makers and stupidity and we should not take that seriously.”
Brahmastra is directed by Ayan Mukherji has been in the making for a while now. Apart from Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor this movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy along with special appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone The film was made at a budget of Rs 410 crore, making it the most expensive film of Hindi cinema. Previously, this record was held by YRF’s Thugs of Hindostan which was made at around Rs 310 crore.
