Recently an astrologer predicted that the most loved duo of Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor and Aliya is expecting toons. As soon as this news started spreading on different platforms, fans started to give their opinion the news. Now in a recent interview, Ranbir reacted to the rumors.

Ranbir was currently busy in his upcoming movie Shamshera’s promotions. Last night in New Delhi, Ranbir was asked about his statement about expecting twins with his wife Alia Bhatt. Replying to this, Ranbir light-heartedly said, “Don’t create controversy. They asked me to state three things: two truths and a lie. Now I can’t reveal what is the truth, and what is the lie.” 

Shamshera actor was asked to play a game of two truths and a lie. He was asked to make three statements out of which 2 statements will be true and 1 would be a lie. The twist was that he did not have to reveal what statements are true and what is a lie. Ranbir’s answer left everyone stunned. “I am having twins, I am going to be part of a very big mythological film, I am taking a long break from work," the actor said. As soon as the video went viral, fans started finding out which statement is not true.

About his role in Shamshera

Ranbir is playing  double role( father and son) in the movie talking about his role he added, “When the film was narrated to me, it wasn't really offered to me as a double role. But when I heard the story, my immediate response to Aditya Chopra and Karan Malhotra was that let me play the father also. It is such a great role, it is such an interesting, juicy part for an actor to play. Then, I really had to convince Adi and Karan. I think after that Karan did a couple of look tests and that’s when he got convinced also.”
