Bhopal: The corona crisis in Madhya Pradesh is now coming to an end. Meanwhile, today is Rani Lakshmibai's Sacrifice Day. State Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has paid a humble tribute to him. In fact, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan tweeted from his Twitter account. In this tweet, he wrote: "I pay homage to Veerangana Rani Lakshmibai, who took iron from the British in the 1857 war, on her sacrifice day, rani lakshmibai, a symbol of courage and valour, is immortal in Indian history. Veerangana Rani Lakshmibai, who laid down her life to protect the pride and self-respect of the motherland, will always be a source of inspiration for the daughters of India.''

Besides him, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has also tweeted. He tweeted, "She was a very fought queen of Jhansi. Salutations to Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi on her death anniversary, the embodiment of bravery and sacrifice, who played a leading role in the first war of independence against the British in 1857. The country will always be indebted to you for your struggle, your immortal sacrifice." Lakshmibai was born in Kashi on November 19, 1835. His father's name was Moropant Tambe and his mother's name was Bhagirathi Bai. Lakshmibai's surname was Manikarnika, so she was also known as Manubai in her childhood. Lakshmibai's father Balwant Rao being a commander in Bajirao Peshwa's army, Moropant also began to be blessed by Peshwa.

Gangadhar Rao was declared king of Jhansi in 1838, he was a widower. She was then married to Manubai in 1850, and then she called Mun to Rani Lakshmibai. Veerangana Rani Lakshmibai attained valour at the age of 29. Lakshmibai is said to have been martyred with a sword on her head, veerangana Rani Lakshmibai died fighting the British on June 18, 1858.
