Actor Ranveer has also shared a video related to this famous character in the Hindi cinema world, in which he is seen speaking Asrani's iconic dialogue 'Angrezo Ke Zamaane Ke Jailer'. Ranveer has worn this look for an advertisement. In the video that surfaced, he is seen in a police uniform. Ranveer has also copied actor Asrani's character with his gesture. It is being told that this is not the first time Ranveer has adopted such a character for an advertisement shoot. He has previously played the character of Freddie Mercury and Charlie Chaplin.
Talking about Ranveer Singh's films, he is very busy these days with the film '83'. The film will bring India's golden victory to the curtain in the 1983 Cricket World Cup. In the film, Ranveer will play the role of Kapil Dev, besides Deepika Padukone will be seen in the role of his wife Romi Bhatia. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film is slated to release on 10 April 2020. Apart from this, he is going to be seen in films like 'Takht', 'Suryavanshi' and 'Jayeshbhai Jigar'.
