Chandigarh: A case of rape of a woman who came to buy a buffalo in the Azad Nagar police station area of Hisar district in Haryana has come to light. Azad Nagar police have registered a case against two persons in the case and started an investigation. Gurmeet Singh, police station in charge of Azad Nagar in Hisar, said that a case has been registered on the woman's complaint in the case and an inquiry has been initiated.

A woman from a village under Jhajjar district had come to the village to buy buffaloes in Hisar. From here two traders took him to Harita village. One of the accused called the woman to the room on the pretext of cold. The woman has alleged that one person raped her and while the other stood outside the room. The woman has also alleged that in the name of bringing buffaloes, 5 thousand rupees were also taken from her in the name of rent.
 
Police have registered a rape case against Lalu and Surendra from Harita village. Azad Nagar police station in charge Gurmeet Singh said that a case has been registered on the woman's complaint in the case and an inquiry has been initiated.
