There is a lockdown due to Coronavirus and this is why people are making new dishes every day at home. Now today we have brought the recipe of Rasgulla.

Ingredients Required:
1 liter milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3-4 cardamom

Method of preparation - For this, first take milk and keep it on gas. After this, add lemon juice and water to it. This will cause milk to burst. Now, after a while, the chhena and water will separate, then turn off the gas. Now after turning off the gas, take a sieve and place a cloth over it and strain the chena. Wash the chenna with clean water to remove the sourness of the lemon. After this, keep the cloth for some time so that water comes out of it.

 

Now take out the dried chenna in a plate and keep it for a while.  After this, knead the chenna well and knead it and when the chenna becomes smooth, make balls of it. Take care not to make the size of the balls too big. Now to make sugar syrup, take a vessel and put it on the gas, add water to it, add 2 cups sugar, cardamom and put it on low flame to cook. When the sugar syrup starts to cook, then add chenna balls to it and now cover the pot. Remove the lid and stir with a spoon and cover it for 4-5 minutes.
