Marathi playwright, litterateur and director Ratnakar Matkari died in Mumbai late last night. According to reports, he was found corona infected four days ago. He was undergoing treatment at Seven Hills Hospital.

According to reports, a BMC official said that "he died on Sunday night in a hospital in suburban Marol".
