Recently, she shared a photo of Nilesh Telgade, the driver of the saints on her official Twitter account, writing- 'We raised funds for the 29-year-old driver who died along with the saints in the recent Palghar mob violence. He has two daughters. help please.' Raveena had criticized it more after the video of the brutal beating of 3 people went viral.

During this, Raveena wrote in tweeting- 'The scenes of killing of elderly monk are very disturbing. Due to suspicion, he was mercilessly beaten to death. What was the police doing there? '  This incident happened in Gadchichale village of Palghar on the night of 16 April. Both the saints died in this incident belonged to Juna Akhara and among them Sadhu Mahant Sushil Giri Maharaj was 35 years old and Mahant Kalpavriksha Giri Maharaj was 70 years old. In this case, the police arrested 101 people. Apart from Raveena Tandon, many Bollywood stars had called this incident in Palghar wrong.
