Ingredients of tandoori potato tikka recipe
10 small and unpeeled potatoes
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 tsp watered yogurt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Step 1
Heat water in a vessel on the gas and add salt and potatoes to it and keep it aside for boiling. When they are boiled, turn off the gas.
Step 2
Peel off the potatoes and cut them. Take the chopped potatoes in another utensil and add the curd out of water.
Step 3
Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and kasuri methi. Keep the potatoes on the same date.
Step 4
Now take a non stick pan and heat a little oil in it. When the oil is hot, add the marinated potatoes and fry them.
Step 5
After frying, place them on a plate and add lemon juice to the top. Serve with chutney or sauce or dip of your choice.
