Jennifer Lawrence, the actress of The Hunger Games, is expecting a child!.  The actress is expecting her first baby with husband Cooke Maroney, whom she married on October 19, 2019. The actress's representative confirmed the news to PEOPLE on Wednesday, after it Lawrence fans are overjoyed.

Lawrence and Maroney were first linked in June 2018, and they got engaged in February of the following year. The next year, the pair married in Rhode Island. Adele, Amy Schumer, Kris Jenner, and Emma Stone were among their close friends who attended the wedding celebration. According to reports, the wedding took place at the luxurious Belcourt of Newport estate, a house in Newport constructed by American architect Richard Morris Hunt in 1894.

Jennifer Lawrence wore the blue bodysuit for X-Men: Dark Phoenix in 2019 after starring in the spy thriller Red Sparrow in 2018. However, following that venture, the actress appears to have taken a break from her hectic schedule to dedicate more time to her family and political activism.
