Jammu: The corona epidemic has brought about many changes on all sides and is happy news for those planning to visit Amarnath in Kashmir. In fact, registration for the Amarnath Cave pilgrimage site is going to start. After the commencement of registration, the persons will have to register for the Amarnath Yatra first, only then they will be able to go to Amarnath. This time passengers will have to follow several guidelines due to the coronavirus. Also, this time, many persons will not be given entry to travel due to the corona.

The Amarnath Cave Temple is present at an altitude of 3,880 meters, for which the 56-day journey will commence from Pahalgam and Baltal routes on 28th June and end on 22nd August. For the journey starting in late June, permission has to be obtained by registering in advance. Registration for the same Amarnath Yatra is going to start from April 1, 2021. Passengers will have to register for both routes.

The Amarnath Yatra will be registered at the 446 Bank branch in the country. According to the official information furnished by Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, "446 bank branches will be registered across the country. These banks include 316 of Punjab National Bank, 90 of Jammu and Kashmir Bank, and 40 branches of yes Bank. Everyone can apply for this. You also have to submit a health certificate. The health certificates issued after 15th March for yatra-2021 will be valid. Information about the steps to be followed for registration has been put on the portal of the board.
