In India, Renault recently launched its multi-purpose vehicle Triber. This is a 7-seater car, i.e. 7 people can sit in this car. It is a family Oriental Low-Cost range car with a base variant priced at less than Rs 5 lakh. It features several best class features. The Renault Triber in the Indian market has a direct competition from Honda BR-V. Today we are going to tell you by comparing the specifications and price of these two MPVs.

The Renault Triber has a 999cc 3-cylinder petrol engine for power. The engine produces 72 PS's maximum power and 96Nm of peak torque. The Renault Triber has a disc brake at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The Renault Triber has a Pseudo MacPherson Strut with Quail Spring in front of the Triber and Torsion Beam Axle suspension at the rear. It also comes with a 6-speed manual transmission and CVT. On the other hand, the diesel engine of 1498cc, 4-cylinder, SOHC-i-VTEC VGT produces 100 PS of power and 200Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed MT. The Honda BR-V has a disc brake at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The front of the Honda BR-V features the MacPherson Strut Quail Spring and the Torsion Beam Quail Spring Suspension at the rear. The length of the Honda BR-V is 4453 millimeters, the width is 1735 millimeters and the height is 1666 millimeters. Its wheelbase is 2662 millimeters. The Honda BR-V's starting ex-showroom is priced at Rs 9,52,900, which goes up to Rs 12,85,900 on top variants.
