Bhopal: The resignation of Deputy Collector Nisha Bangre has been finally accepted by the Madhya Pradesh government on Monday itself. But this information was given publicly on Tuesday. Now she can contest assembly elections. Nisha wants to leave the job of Deputy Collector and contest elections from Amla Assembly seat. For which he had given his resignation about 3 months ago but the state government was not accepting it. In such a situation, Nisha had taken refuge in the Supreme Court. On which the Supreme Court had ordered the High Court to take a decision in this case soon. On this basis, the High Court had ordered the government to take a decision by 23 October. Nisha had first approached the High Court but after delay there, she reached the Supreme Court. 

Had to go to jail : Reports say that Nisha had to struggle hard to get her resignation accepted. For this, he had also taken out Nyaya Yatra on foot from Amla to Bhopal. Let us tell you that Nisha had warned of sitting on a fast unto death in front of CM House, after which she was taken into custody by the police. Nisha had to spend a day in jail. 

Ticket declared from Amla: Not only this, due to the delay in Nisha's resignation, Congress has declared its candidate from Amla assembly seat on Monday itself. But now that Nisha's resignation has been accepted, Congress can also change its candidate from Amla seat. It has not been confirmed yet whether the party can field Nisha from here or not.
