Rights for "Bheemla Nayak" sold for whopping amount

As 'Bheemla Nayak,' a Telugu multi-starrer, prepares for its February 25 release, there's talk about the film's post-theatrical streaming rights. According to reports, the digital rights of Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati's 'Bheemla Nayak' have been sold for a record fee to OTT giant Disney+ Hotstar. 'Bheemla Nayak' is claimed to have grossed close to 70 crores from non-theatrical rights such as dubbing, OTT, and satellite. Though no formal confirmation has been given, it is likely that the producers will issue a statement in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, in anticipation of the film's release in the coming days, the makers are busy working producing blasting theatrical trailer, which will be unveiled soon.  'Bheemla Nayak,' directed by Sagar K Chandra, is an unique adaptation of Malayalam's super successful action-drama 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum.'

Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati will play Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran, respectively, from the Malayalam film 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum.' Nithya Menen and Samyuktha Menon, respectively, play the female leads opposite Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati. The dialogues and screenplay for S Thaman's musical were written by Trivikram Srinivas.
