Central investigating agency CBI is questioning suspects and witnesses to find out the reason behind the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide. On Thursday, the CBI interrogated actress Rhea Chakraborty's brother Showik Chakraborty, actor's friend Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj Singh and Keshav for 14 hours. The inquiry took place at the DRDO guesthouse in Mumbai.

Showik's statements were also recorded. Pithani was interrogated by the investigating agency for the seventh consecutive day. Enforcement Directorate has sent a summon to Rhea's father Indrajit Chakraborty. After this, Inderjit Chakraborty was taken to Mumbai Police's Axis Branch, Santa Cruz for questioning. The late actor's father KK Singh has accused Rhea Chakraborty that Rhea has killed the actor by poisoning him.

He further said, "Rhea was poisoning my son Sushant for a long time, she is his killer. The investigating agency should take her and her aide into custody". Rhea in an interview to a private TV news channel, denied about drugs, saying "While going on a Europe trip, Sushant said that he is afraid of sitting on the plane, and he took a medicine. The actor told me that the drug's name is Modafinil. Before the plane, Sushant had taken the medicine, which used to remain with him". The matter is being investigated continuously.
