New Delhi: After the demand of Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal to put the picture of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha on Indian notes, now the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has replaced former CM Lalu Prasad Yadav on the notes. And demanded that the picture of Karpoori Thakur be put on the notes. RJD argues that Lalu Prasad raised the Indian currency during his tenure. He had made a loss-making railway profitable. These things have been said by the state general secretary of RJD, Arun Kumar.

In this regard, a video of the state general secretary of RJD is also becoming fiercely viral on social media. In which he is seen saying that if the Indian rupee is to be strengthened against the dollar, then another Gandhiji's picture should be printed on the notes, while on the other side the picture of Karpoori Thakur and Lalu Prasad should be printed. Due to this the decline in the Indian currency will stop. Indian Rupee will start strengthening.

Let us tell you that on October 26, Arvind Kejriwal demanded to print the picture of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha on Indian currency notes. He had said that my appeal to the central government and PM Modi is to put the picture of Gandhi on one side and Lakshmi and Ganesh Ji on the other side on Indian notes. He had said that we are not saying that all the notes should be changed, but the new notes that should be printed should have the picture of Lakshmi Ji and Ganesh Ji.
