A big blow to the RJD, the top leader joins JD(U)

Patna: RJD veteran Mohammed Ali Ashraf Fatami has joined the JD(U) party. On Sunday, he joined hundreds of his workers in the presence of JD(U) state president Vasishth Narayan Singh. He also gave several reasons for joining the JD(U). Ali Ashraf Fatami had long been in the RJD to express his displeasure.

The jd-up signal of joining the JD(U) was given by Fatami during the Lok Sabha elections 2019. But now that they have completed the formality. It is worth mentioning here that Fatami was upset about the ticket for the Lok Sabha seat from Darbhanga during the Lok Sabha elections. The party did not give him a ticket. After which he announced to contest an independent election. Though he later withdrew his nomination, he only made up his mind that he had to join the JDU.

While joining the JD(U), Fatami praised Nitish Kumar. He said he had joined the Janata Dal ever since he started the state. I worked with Nitish Kumar at that time. However, after the change in the situation, the RJD moved. But today he is back with Nitish Kumar in JD(U).
