RJD MLA Shivchandra Ram from Vidhan Sabha constituency Rajapakad arrived on Wednesday wearing a garland of onions. The RJD MLA dressed in garlands around his neck to attend the proceedings of the Bihar Legislative Assembly to attract the attention of the government on the issue of onion prices.
