Robert Vadra, the husband of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, was given a big relief by the special court of Rouse Avenue in Delhi. Hearing Vadra's plea, the court allowed him to go abroad. Let's know in full detail

For your information, the Enforcement Directorate had opposed the permission of Robert Vadra, who is on anticipatory bail in the money laundering case, to go abroad. On Thursday in the special court of Rouse Avenue, the ED had said that Vadra can go abroad and influence the investigation and destroy the evidence.

Lawyers appearing during the hearing on behalf of Vadra told the court that the investigation agency's opposition is wrong and wrong allegations are being made. The application filed by Vadra said that he had to go to Spain. They should be allowed to go abroad from 21 September to 8 October in connection with their business. Even before this, Vadra has gone to the US and Netherlands for treatment with the permission of the court, but he was not allowed to go to London, because the investigation of the purchase of property in London itself is being done by the ED.
