According to media reports, the film has been titled 'Cobra' and has a new addition to the cast. A report on an online portal says that Robo Shankar has been roped in to work with Chian Vikram in 'Cobra'. This couple is collaborating for the first time.

For your information let us tell you that 'KGF' actress Srinidhi Shetty is playing the lead lady along with Vikram, who plays the role of a Turkish Interpol officer. The makers had announced the film with a special motion poster with music by AR Rahman on the occasion of Christmas last year. Shane Nigam, directors KS Ravikumar and Pradeep Ranganathan will appear in important roles. 'Cobra' was shot in Chennai, Kerala, Kolkata, Russia and many other places, and a large part of the shooting has been wrapped up. The film is directed by Lalit Kumar's Seven Screen Studios. 'Cobra' will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The film is set to hit the screens this summer. After completing the shoot of Cobra, Vikram will start shooting for Mani Ratnam's dream project Ponniyin Selvan.
