In Afghanistan, a rocket attack was reported near Rashtrapati Bhavan in Kabul at 8 am today (Tuesday, July 20, 2021). The attack took place in Bagh-e-Ali Marda, Chaman e Hujuri and the district police area of Kabul. According to the report, all three missiles were fired through the car. Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman Mirwaiz Stankzai confirmed the attacks and said that three rockets were carried out outside the palace. He said there were no casualties in the attacks. The incident is under investigation.

The video shared by local media shows prayers being held at the palace compound in the presence of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani. It was during this time that these rocket blasts took place. Prayers continued even after the rocket attacks. After the prayers were over, President Ghani spoke from an open stage, which was covered by local media. "The future of Afghanistan is decided by the Afghans," he said. Afghans must now prove that they are united. The tough stand of the people for the next three to six months will change the situation. Does the Taliban have a "positive response to afghans, especially women?"
