New Delhi: India defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in the Asia Cup 2022. After defeating the arch-rivals, India's next match is against Hong Kong on Wednesday (August 31). By winning this match, India will make its place in Super 4. Rohit Sharma will break Virat Kohli's big record as soon as the Indian team wins against Hong Kong. This record is the most wins as a captain in T20I cricket.

Under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma, Team India has played 36 T20 matches so far, in which the Blue Brigade has lost only 6 times, while India has won 30 times. At the same time, Virat Kohli has won 30 out of 50 matches for Team India while being the captain. If India manages to beat Hong Kong tomorrow, he will become India's second most successful captain in T20I cricket. However,  the record of winning the most matches for India as a captain is recorded in the name of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Under Dhoni's captaincy, India has won 41 out of 72 matches.

After winning the first match against Pakistan, Rohit Sharma would hardly want to change the playing XI. Even after the failure of the top order, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli would like to be given as many chances as possible so that they get their rhythm.
