In these 45-minute sessions, Kohli will not be taught batting, but it will focus on strengthening his mental state.

According to BCCI sources, the video analyst of the Indian team has prepared a special video for Virat Kohli. Virat has special innings in this video, which he has played in the last few years. Paddy Upton is showing Kohli the montage of his innings, so that old thinking is born back in his mind. This video is being shown to overcome all the dilemmas going on in Kohli's mind. Recently, Virat Kohli, while talking to the media, told that he was very depressed in the past.
