On Sunday, Hyderabad task force police seized Rs 1 crore cash from Begumpet to Dabbak in a car. This money is intended to be distributed to the voters who have been seized from the BJP. Surabhi Srinivas and Ravi Kumar were arrested by the police. Surabhi Srinivas is the brother of BJP Dubpak candidate Raghunandan Rao.

Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar told a press conference that Srinivas had collected money from the Visakhapatnam Industries office in Begumpet. He said that this amount was to be distributed to voters. "Visakhapatnam Industries is a former peddapalli chosen, who has entrusted this amount to Srinivas to Dabbaku," CP said. Meanwhile, the arrested were handed over to the Begumpet police for further action.
