New Delhi: Former Sangh co-operative Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi has also been found to be infected with corona after National Volunteers' Association (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat was found to be corona positive. A month ago, he had taken the first dose of corona vaccine at the National Cancer Institute in Nagpur. He was accompanied by Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat who also took the first dose of corona vaccine. Bhaiyyaji Joshi has been found to be infected with corona even after vaccination.

Earlier, a tweet was issued by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Mohan Bhagwat's affirming corona positive. The tweet said that Mohan Bhagwat has common symptoms of the corona. According to the organization, Dr. Bhagwat has been admitted to Nagpur hospital due to general examination and caution. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari tweeted his prayer for the speedy recovery of Sangh chief Dr. Bhagwat.

The situation in Maharashtra has worsened amid rising corona cases across the country. Corona cases are on the rise in Maharashtra. 58,993 new cases have been reported in 24 hours on Friday. While 301 patients have lost their lives. The number of active cases in the state has crossed 5 lakh. Now the number of active cases here has gone up to 5,34,603.
