Kolkata:  Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) head Mohan Bhagwat of Rashtriya Swayamsevak is on a tour of Bengal these days. He has come here to attend the organizational meeting of the RSS. In this episode, he met state BJP President and MP Dilip Ghosh and General Secretary Subrata Chattopadhyay. Bhagwat talked to him about the preparations for the upcoming assembly elections.

The chief advised the two leaders to focus on Hindu vote bank more than Mamata's opposition. Saying that there is no satisfactory work in this direction, he directed Dilip Ghosh to coordinate with the RSS and move forward. RSS chief Bhagwat made it clear that increasing support among the Hindus district-wise, as well as their support, needs constant dialogue. In this case, work more cautiously in this direction, so that good results can be achieved in the upcoming assembly elections.

He has also directed a meeting with regional RSS officials and campaigners to strengthen the Hindu vote bank. This tour of Bhagwat is widely discussed in political circles. It is being said that Bhagwat has come here for the purpose of activating various organizations of the Sangh Parivar in view of the upcoming Vidhan Sabha elections. Which will help BJP in mobilizing Hindu vote bank.
