The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has been given permission by Calcutta High Court to have a rally on 14 January at Brigade Parade Ground. On Wednesday, the Kolkata police denied the RSS to hold a rally.

After police decision, the RSS said that they will approach the High court against the decision. It is expected that RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will also be present at the rally. 

The court has granted them permission on few conditions like it should be attended by invitees only, the limit of public in rally should not cross 40,000 and it should held between 2 PM and 6 PM.
