Lucknow: Population control is also likely to be discussed at the four-day meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) beginning October 16 in the Sangamnagari Prayagraj. Along with this, issues like social harmony will also be discussed in this meeting. RSS campaign in-charge Sunil Ambekar has informed in a statement that full-time workers of all 45 regional units of RSS will attend the All India Executive Board meeting. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale will also be present at the meeting.

He has said that important issues of the country will be discussed in the meeting. Along with this, further strategy and action plans on important issues revealed in Bhagwat's Vijayadashami speech will also be discussed. Bhagwat had said in his speech that India should formulate a comprehensive population control policy that is equally applicable to all people. He also suggested that now the concepts of 'Class' and 'Caste' should be forgotten.

Sources have informed that these two issues of population control and social harmony will be prominently placed in the 4-day meeting of the Association. The meeting will also review the progress of the annual action plan prepared in the 'Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha', Ambekar said. The meeting will also take stock of the expansion of organisational work.
