Today is the fourth day of the war between Ukraine and Russia. So Russia's attacks are now being controlled. Ukraine has been hit by an attack by Russian troops since early morning. On the other hand, Russia's presidential palace 'Kremlin' has said that Russia is ready for talks with Ukraine in Belarus. This news has been reported by Russian news agencies. Following the offer, Ukraine's President Zelenskyy turned down an offer for peace talks in Minsk. He said Ukraine is ready for discussions elsewhere.

Speaking in a video message on Sunday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the talks could take place in Warsaw, Bratislava, Istanbul, Budapest or Baku. He said talks were possible elsewhere but make it clear that Ukraine did not accept Russia's choice of Belarus for talks. The Russian presidential palace, the Kremlin, said Russia had sent a delegation to Belarus. Russia is ready to start peace talks with Ukraine in Belarus. The Kremlin says a Russian delegation has arrived in the Belarusian city of Homel for discussions with Ukrainian officials.

Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti that Russia was already ready for discussion. Now Moscow is waiting for Ukrainians. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the delegation included military officers and diplomats. "The Russian delegation is ready for talks, and we are now waiting for the Ukrainians," Peskov said, adding that Ukraine's President Zelenskyy, on the other hand, said Ukraine was ready for discussions in places other than Minsk. He said peace talks should be held in places where countries are sympathetic to Ukraine. He said Russian troops from Belarus are attacking Ukraine, so peace talks cannot take place in Minsk. Let me tell you that Russia had given a proposal to Ukraine for discussion. That proposal stated that a delegation of Russia would be sent to Belarus. But the Russian Defense Ministry claimed that the proposal had been turned down by Ukraine.
