Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar's Saand Ki Aankh is creating buzz since its announcemnet. The fans are eagerly to watch the actress in never seen avatars. Now, today, the poster and the first look of the actresses as the world's oldest women sharpshooters were unveiled along with the release date of the movie.

In the poster, both Tapsee and Bhumi can be seen in a very different avatar. Dressed in a shirt, ghagra with a chunder, Taapsee and Bhumi have grown into the skin of their characters of Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, two octogenarian sharpshooters from Uttar Pradesh's Johri village in Bagpat district, on whom the biographical drama is based. The slogans on the poster read, "Tann budha hota hai, mann budha nai hota" and "They broke out of their cage...At 60, they rose above their age...with 700 medals they became a rage..."

Besides, Taapsee and Bhumi, the movie would also see director Prakash Jha playing a pivotal role in the biopic. Saand Ki Aankh is helmed by debutante Tushar Hiranandani, who has previously written movies like ABCD 2, Half Girlfriend, Great Grand Masti.  The release date of the movie has also been announced and the Anurag Kashyap production will be hitting the theatres on Diwali.  Looks like it's going to be clashing with Farhad Samji's Housefull 4 starring Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Rana Daggubati among other actors at the box office.
