Ingredients for making Sabudana Paratha-
1 cup Sabudana/ sago
3/4 cup water, to soak
1 potato, boiled and grated
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 chilli, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp curry leaves, chopped
1/4 cup kuttu flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup of water
Oil, to fry
Method of making Sabudana Paratha- For this, first of all, take 1 cup of Sabudana in a large bowl. Now add enough water after this, rub and rinse 3 times or until the water is clear. Now add 3/4 cup of water and soak for 6 hours. After this, put the soaked Sabudana in the blender and add 1/2 cup of water. After this, add water as per the requirement and blend for a smooth paste. Now add 1 potato, 1 tsp cumin, 1 chilli and 1/2 tsp ginger paste. Then add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp curry leaves, 1/4 cup kuttu flour and 3/4 tsp salt. Now add 1 cup of water to make a thick solution of all, strain and mix well. Then rest the batter for 10 minutes or more. Now pour a fill solution on a hot frying pan and spread gently. Then add 1 tsp oil over the Paratha and saute on medium flame. Now turn the screaming and cook on both sides, pressing gently. At the last one, Sabudana Paratha is ready to be served with green chutney.
