Method of making Sprouted Masala Matki- To make this, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add all the ingredients and sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Now after this cool the mixture completely and using little water, grind it in a mixer to make a smooth paste. Keep aside. Now heat another non-stick pan, add the prepared paste and fresh tomato pulp, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes. Now after this add the sprouted matki, salt, lemon juice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute or till the mixture dries up a bit. Lastly, top with tomato, onion and capsicum or cucumber and serve hot.
