Nowadays, people are fond of eating different types of dishes in fasting too, but many times they do not know how to make that dish. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of Sabudana Dahi Bhalla, which is very easy and you can easily prepare and enjoy it.

For 2 people

Ingredients: 1.5 cups sabudana, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 inch finely chopped ginger, 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tablespoon pony flour, salt as per taste, oil for frying

Ingredients to serve - 1 cup whipped yogurt, 1 tablespoon tamarind and ginger sauce, a pinch of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

Method: For this, soak sabudana in water for at least two hours and filter it now. Now make balls by mixing sago and remaining ingredients in the bowl and fry it in a pan. Remove the bhali in the plate. Serve with the ingredients served from above.

Tip: If you want, do not add poultry flour as it is not necessary to pour it. If you are not fasting, you can bind it with gram flour or corn floor too.
