The foundation stone of Ram's temple is going to be laid Ayodhya today. PM Narendra Modi has left Delhi to lay the foundation stone of temple construction. On this occasion, former President of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee Sachin Pilot has given best wishes to the people of the state. Former PCC Chief Pilot said in his tweet that "Best Wishes to people of Maryada Purushottam Bhagwan Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Temple's Bhoomi Pujan, Jai Shri Ram".
Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje also tweeted on the occasion of this auspicious moment "After almost five centuries, the tenacity and renunciation of Sanatani Aastha is going to complete. I appeal to all of you to light a lamp in the courtyard of your residence on the evening of August 4 and 5 and witness this glorious moment.'' Raje also remembered her mother Vijayaraje Scindia's assistance in the Ram Janmabhoomi movement on this occasion.
Today many programs are being organized across the state on the occasion of the foundation stone program of Ram temple. On the occasion of the Groundbreaking ceremony, Udaipur is prettified like Ayodhya. The officials of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad have made several groups for this. These groups have approached door to door and requested citizens to perform Sundarkand, Ramayana and Bhajan at their residence. Today, people have also been requested to light lamps.
