On Friday, Union Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister Sadanand Gowda said that the citizens of the country need not panic about hydroxychloroquine and paracetamol. He said that there is enough stock of medicines and fertilizers in the country.

In his statement, Gowda further said that the government is assessing the domestic requirements of medicines and fertilizers on a daily basis. At present there is no problem of hydroxy chloroquine. We always maintain 10 days of stock for ourselves. We have enough hydroxy chloroquine tablets.
