Lucknow: The Samajwadi Party (SP) is now eyeing the vote bank of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) since the recent break-up of the alliance. Apart from giving a place and respect to the SP in the rebels, the campaign to add Dalits is also going on. For the first time, Samajwadi Party will celebrate Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar's Parinirvan Divas on a wide scale. Various programs will be organized in the districts on December 6 to remember Babasaheb. While issuing instructions, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said that on December 6 in the districts, Parinirvana Day of Dr. Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution and the Messiah of Dalits, should be celebrated. On this occasion, along with organizing various programs, their roles and ideals in society building should be discussed.
According to information received from sources, the authorized hoardings of the Samajwadi Party have also changed. Along with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia, it has also been asked to put pictures of Babasaheb on all hoardings and other media. A former MLA who joined the SP from the BSP says that even though the alliance with the BSP has been broken, the anger among the Dalits has decreased. In such a situation, a group of Dalits angry with BSP seems ready to ride on the cycle of the Samajwadi Party. For this, the Samajwadi Party is trying to win the trust of Dalits in a planned way.

If we talk about the sources, then SP spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary alleged that farmers, weavers and general consumers angry with the arbitrary attitude of the electricity department will shock the BJP in the assembly elections. In a statement released on Friday, he said that a 15 percent increase in electricity rates is a huge burden on consumers. Expensive electricity is fatal for the borrower farmer. The Electricity Department is blaming consumers instead of removing their flaws. Consumers are mentally and financially exploited in the name of security money, meter reading, and connections. There is a lot of resentment in the public about the wrong policies of the BJP.
