Galaxy Watch 3 has been launched recently by Samsung prices starting at Rs.29,990 in India. It is both a good upgrade from its predecessor and also a tough competitor for its rivalry brands. The watch comes with a regular circular dial and a trademark rotating bezel, stainless steel case with a matte finish, holds strong on harder conditions. Galaxy watch comes with MIL-STD 810G certification and 5ATM rating which means the watch can be taken for surfing, sea diving, and other water adventures.

The display with 360x360P resolution enables a clear view of messages underwater and direct sunlight. The watch can be connected to a mobile phone and rotating top bezel workout apps, stress checkers, weather, music control, and heart rate tracker can be seen. The device comes with a 1.15 GHz Exynos 9110 dual-core processor supported by Tizen 5.5 OS; 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal storage is available. The device comes with an accelerometer, a barometer, a gyro sensor, a light sensor, and an optical heart rate sensor. AI is highly enabled that the device senses walking and starts counting the steps, estimates the calories burnt and others. Fast running, swimming, cycling, rowing, elliptical workouts, dynamic workouts can also be sensed.

Surprisingly, the watch instructs the person to walk or flex the hands out if it detects a person is sitting idle for more than 50 minutes. Stress level can be measured based on the heartbeat and suggests some breathing exercises, to be calm if it senses high HB. It will send an SOS message to pre-set contacts if the suggestion is not detected. It has several other screening features like Blood-Oxygen level (SpO2), Blood Pressure (BP), heart rate tracking, and a potential life-saving Electrocardiogram (ECG) app.
